example: Creature is a Tier 5. Its initiative is 15. Your character is trained in speed initiative. Your TN for going before the creature is 12. You rolled a 13. You go before the creature - Actions:
Move 1 step closer or away
Move and attack
Attack
Defend: Your Defese is raised by 1 tier.
Nothing
Ready an action
Do something else - EoR when all members have acted in initiative order is the End of the Round.
