[Mariana Spade]

Mariana nodded. "It is not a matter of adding but trying to understand. How about we meet Friday at my house. Mom is making her special rice and dad is making carne asada."

[Simon Lizotte]

"Wow, that sounds amazing. I'll warn you though, I've got a pretty big appetite these days."

[Mariana Spade]

"Not to worry... Mom makes food for an army. She forgets that my big brother is no longer living with us even though he calls us every day." Mariana shook her head.

[Simon Lizotte]

"Oh, I didn't know you had an older brother, that's cool. What college does he go to?"

[Mariana Spade]

"Not many know. He is actually in the military." She sighed. "I also have another that works in the store."

[Simon Lizotte]

"That's cool too. My dad wants me to enlist like him, but my mom wants me to be a scientist like her."

Simon is silent for moment before speaking up again, "Hey, you wouldn't be interested in playing some Dungeons and Dragons would you? We're starting up a new game tomorrow night, it would be a good time to add in a new adventurer."

[Mariana Spade]

"Mom may think it is the devil's work but she won't mind. I can bring snacks." Mariana nodded.

[Simon Lizotte]

"Yeah, I hear that a lot. There's no devil worshiping going on. In fact, there's a lot of adventures where you fight devils.

Don't feel like you have to bring anything. I'll be making pizzas and have some snacks and drinks out, but if there's something you want to share, feel free.

We're going to meet at my house a little bit after the game."

"Fine..." She said. "Give me the address, and I will be there."
